About the role:
The Continuing Airworthiness (CAMO) Manager is responsible for managing the Continuing Airworthiness of SKY express aircraft fleet in accordance with EASA applicable regulations and company standards through the development, administration, and maintenance of effective management processes as part of the organization management system.
The role is critical to ensure the management of safety and security risks to Continuing Airworthiness Management operations and that the maintenance operations are conducted in accordance with conditions and restrictions of the Air Operator Certificate (AOC), and in compliance with applicable regulations and standards of the SKY express.
The Continuing Airworthiness Manager represents the management structure of the organisation and is responsible for ensuring compliance and for the daily operation of the organisation, for all continuing airworthiness management functions (Engineering, Planning, Technical Records).
Responsibilities:
- Airworthiness Oversight: Ensure continuous airworthiness of the fleet in compliance with EASA regulations and company and manufacturer standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the airworthiness management team (Engineers, Planners, Technical Records Officers), fostering technical excellence and regulatory awareness.
- Compliance: Overview and coordinate any corrective actions initiated by the Compliance Monitoring results to restore the organization’s standard to the required level, in compliance with the applicable regulations and standards, on time and for the management of safety risks in maintenance operations.
- Documentation & Monitoring: Maintain accurate records of aircraft status, maintenance history, and technical documentation.
- Maintenance Reliability Monitoring: Monitor fleet maintenance reliability and propose improvements to ensure uninterrupted operation of the aircraft
- Safety Control: Implement and oversee safety protocols, risk assessments, and corrective actions to uphold operational integrity.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (indicatively Accountable Manager, maintenance, supply chain, commercial) and external stakeholders (OEMs, regulatory authorities), to ensure seamless airworthiness management.

Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent studies (aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronic, avionic) or other fields relevant to the maintenance and continuing airworthiness of aircraft/aircraft components or an aircraft maintenance technician qualification with additional education acceptable to the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority.
- 5 years of experience in relevant role of which at least two years should be from the aeronautical industry in an appropriate position.
- Experience in managing audits and corrective actions.
- In-depth knowledge of European regulations (EU) 748/2012 and 1321/2014 as well as company’s CAME.
- Understanding of aircraft systems, maintenance programs, and Mandatory Continuing Airworthiness Information.
- Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written).
- IT literate (MS Office, familiarity with aircraft types and maintenance planning tools e.g OASES, AMOS).
- Qualified by the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority for the position.
