About the role:
The Aircraft Systems/Structures Engineer is responsible for engineering activity related to aircraft systems and structures, related components, interior and furnishings on the Airbus and ATR aircrafts. The Engineer will support Line and Heavy maintenance, repair and modification, contributing to the overall safety and performance of the company’s fleet.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and issue detailed work instructions to accomplish minor and major aircraft structure repairs.
- Evaluate damaged aircraft structure, parts and if required liaise with the original equipment manufacturer or Part-21 Organizations for appropriate repair schemes to be obtained and applied.
- Liaise with Part-21 DOA for the issue of Modifications required for the fleet.
- Monitor fleet reliability regarding the aircraft systems.
- Provide engineering support and troubleshooting to Maintenance and repair organizations to facilitate the day-to-day aircraft operations, repairs and/or maintenance.
- Evaluate Airworthiness Directives, manufacturer/vendors Service Bulletins and other approved data to assess their application on the company fleet and recommend their embodiment as required.

Requirements:
- Academic Degree in Engineering or a Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s License Category B1 or C.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in systems/structures engineering.
- At least 8 years’ experience in aviation maintenance environment.
- Strong understanding of EASA Regulations (Initial Airworthiness and Continuing Airworthiness).
- Familiarity with Airbus and ATR aircraft shall be considered as a plus.
- Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written).
- IT literate (MS Office).
